Happy Pi Day! 🥧
We’ll handle the 3.14 pulses and shakes in class…
you handle the pie afterward.
Because balance is important.

Strong women lift each other up. Literally.

Today we celebrate the women who show up — for themselves and for each other. The early risers, the lunchtime squeezers, the after-work warriors, and everyone in between.

BarreBelle has never just been about a workout. It’s about a room full of women encouraging, supporting, and strengthening one another.

Happy International Women’s Day to the incredible community that makes this studio so special. 🤍

Blizzard = BarreBelle’s official sign to build a barre snowman instead of doing pliés ☃️
Due to the storm, BarreBelle will be CLOSED Monday.
If you need us, we’ll be outside giving our snowman perfect posture and strong core engagement.
Stay safe, stay warm, and we’ll be back soon to shake things out 🔥

Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be about roses, reservations, or unrealistic expectations.
What if this year…
you fell in love with showing up for yourself?
With the shake.
With the strength.
With the version of you that stays in the hold 5 seconds longer.
Bring your partner.
Bring your best friend.
Or bring yourself — the most important relationship you’ve got.
Strong looks good on you. 💕
