“I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2022, trained at the Great Lakes Institute of Technology in Erie, PA. I specialize in myofascial release, sports massage, and stretching.

I’m passionate about helping my clients find relief from pain and supporting them in making healthy lifestyle choices alongside massage therapy.

After 20 years as a lacrosse coach, I became interested in injury management and prevention.
Massage therapy has given me a hands-on way to help people recover, improve mobility, and often avoid surgical intervention. I enjoy using a variety of
techniques to tailor each session to my clients’ individual needs and goals. I’m always learning and updating my skills to provide the best care possible, and I love listening to my clients and working with them to reach their health and wellness goals.”
