Hey everyone🤗
❄️Hoping this bitter cold & icy time has given you ample time to rest, recharge & slow down some.

🫶🏼After much consideration I'm happy to share that I've decided to open my yoga practice offerings a bit some for 1:1 zoom & some limited in person sessions in Charles city Va!

🫶🏼My yoga practice is all about grace. I aim to guide the individual in taking up space on their own mat for movement, breath, freedom, and safety. Growth in loving awareness & holding grace for our own bodies and minds as we join them into harmony, to feel more at ease, stronger and have fun!~ Love E

❄️Each Class is catered to the person and their needs.
It will include some of the following: yoga asana (physical movement and poses), meditation, mantra, sanskrit, breathwork and yogic philosophy
