Let's Walk Let's Walk is a local non-profit bringing neighbors together to walk; inspiring meaningful connections and active living.

Let's Walk is always recruiting volunteers to make it possible to get more people outside appreciating our beautiful surroundings. As a volunteer you will undergo a background check and a 1 hour training session you will then be issued a badge. You will arrange your own schedule to walk with people in your neighborhood when you have the availability. We are hosting training sessions in various locations if you do not see one near you please send a message and we will get something scheduled. Walkers will need to be assessed by a licensed therapist to make sure that you are safe to participate in the program. Whether it's a walk to the mailbox, around the block or a mile we are so happy to help you get outside! Volunteers will meet the walkers at their door, they will never go into the house, they can help you down your steps if needed. Walkers, canes, rollators or any other devices are great if you need them to walk safely.

Sometimes, three words are all it takes to capture something special.

At our Stepping Up fundraiser, we asked our supporters to describe Let’s Walk in three words, and their answers reminded us why this mission means so much.

Every walk, every connection, and every moment of kindness makes a difference. đź’™

Still smiling after such an incredible night!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made this year’s Stepping Up fundraiser so special. From our generous sponsors and donors to our volunteers, supporters, and everyone who joined us for the evening, we are so grateful for this amazing community.

A special thank you to First Capital Bank for sponsoring this year’s event and for believing in and supporting the mission of Let’s Walk. We are so grateful for your generosity and commitment to helping us continue making a difference in our community! First Capital Bank
