Mothers may choose not to breastfeed for a multitude of reasons - and we support them all.
But sometimes one of those reasons is that they don’t know the benefits of breastfeeding.

Below are a few of the benefits for both mother & baby according to the CDC website.

IABLE's free Breastfeeding Support Handouts provide evidence-based information to support families throughout their breastfeeding journey. Whether you prefer to print them for patients, pull them up on your phone during a consultation, or display them on a computer, these easy-to-access resources are designed to make breastfeeding education convenient for both healthcare providers and families.

This month, we're highlighting our Benefits of Breastfeeding handout—a helpful resource that outlines the many health benefits of breastfeeding for both infants and parents. Download this free handout to share with families, or explore our full collection of printable and digital handouts.

There’s no one way to breastfeed.

This Breastfeeding Awareness Month, we’re celebrating every journey because no two journeys are the same.

For the moms pumping in the middle of the night. For the moms labeling bottles to bring to the NICU. For the moms who tried but needed to supplement. And for every journey in between.

Whatever your journey looked like, it’s valid.

Give yourself some credit. You’re doing more than you think, and you deserve support along the way. 💜 Send this to a mom who deserves that reminder, too.
