Here at Modern Minds we are adding more ways to move, sweat and reset! From heated sculpt classes and more yoga to recovery + wellness experiences.

Here's what's new:

-Deep Stretch & Plunge Wednesdays, 6–6:30 p.m.
-Sculpt & Plunge Wednesdays, 7:30–8:15 a.m.
-Vinyasa & Plunge Tuesdays, 9:30–10:15 a.m. & Thursdays, 8–8:45 a.m.
-HIIT & Plunge Fridays, 9:30–10:15 a.m.

-Sunday Yin Yoga, is back, Sunday, June 7 | 3-4 p.m.
-FloatFit HIIT - Saturday, May 30 |12-12:45 a.m.

This heated, high-intensity workout combines cardio, strength and core work designed to leave you feeling strong, energized and empowered. Every movement is scalable, making the class approachable for all fitness levels while still delivering a serious sweat.

After class, participants are invited to step into our guided group cold plunge, helping you shift from effort to recovery in a supportive, community setting.
