Same person. Different habits.

When we started, the goals were simple: lose fat, build muscle, get back to lifting consistently, improve gut health, and feel better overall.

We focused on lifting 3x/week, better protein and fiber, a realistic calorie deficit, mobility, core work, and recovery.

As he got stronger, we made changes, increased calories (he was HUNGRY), added more rest, and kept building strength.

Five months later:

Less bloat.
Less belly fat.
More muscle.
Heavier lifts.
Better recovery.
Belt down 3 notches.

No extremes. No crash dieting. Just consistency, accountability, and a plan that evolved with him.
