đź“ŁNEW WORKSHOP ALERT
I’m dusting off my teaching cap, and offering a workshop JUST in time for the holiday season, which usually comes with a lot of additional stress on our nervous systems!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will discuss benefits of “nervines,” my favorite category of herbs—and I’m not just talking chamomile and lemon balm….there are SO many supportive herbs to help calm your stress-response, which is tied to literally every system of the body.
I will share benefits and uses of over 10 nervines, and students will get to craft their own tea blend to take home based on which combination suits their needs.
This is a great class for anyone wishing to learn how to support their nervous system with herbs, and they will also get a lesson in tea-blending, just in time to make homemade gifts to share with loved ones!
