As Autumn beckons, we are invited to deepen our connection with the natural world.

This is a time of letting go and slowing down.

You may notice a desire to set aside some responsibilities, get organized, and connect with the changing seasons—whether embracing all things pumpkin spice or making preparations around your home for more time indoors in the months ahead.

Autumn tends to evoke nostalgia, a longing for ritual and community, meals with friends, and opportunities to soak in the abundance of the harvest season.

The weeks leading up to the Fall Equinox were traditionally when our ancestors worked in the fields, harvesting crops, gathering plant roots for medicinal purposes, and preserving fruits, vegetables, and other edible plants for the Winter months ahead.

The last days of Summer are a beautiful time to set intentions and carve out time for ritual, allowing yourself to fully embrace the meaning of the harvest and soak in the abundance you’ve created since Spring.

🍂Less Distraction. More Intention.🍂

Fall and Winter invite us to slow down, a rhythm not always supported by dominant culture.

Many people long for Fall and Winter all year, only to speed through them and miss the beauty and energetics of this time.

🍂Looking Ahead🍂

As we prepare for cooler months, it’s important to carve out time for rest and reflection. Say no now to overfilling your schedule and set intentions for how you wish to show up each day. Consider what you want to achieve and how you want to feel.

This is the season to root into ritual.

In honor of this seasonal threshold, I’m extending 20% off the Caregivers’ Collection through Tuesday, September 8.

Created for the mothers, nurturers, healers, teachers, therapists, space-holders, and all those carrying the invisible work of tending to their homes, families, communities, and those in their care...these herbal medicines are here to help you receive some of the care you so readily give to everyone else.

I have been waiting for more than 3 years to write this post! 🎉🥳🙌🏻

For the first time since November 2022, my doors are officially, publicly open for Private Mentorship.

🌳Rooted Radiance is my new 8-month, 1:1 Integrated Healing Immersion, bringing together everything I’ve spent the past 15 years studying, practicing, teaching, and embodying.

Most importantly, it is the culmination of 15 years walking beside women through countless rites of passage…

I’ve witnessed women move through tremendous loss, betrayal, grief, motherhood, divorce, illness, career changes, spiritual awakenings, and dark nights of the soul that have brought them face-to-face with themselves.

Through it all, I have developed the deepest reverence for the strength, courage & resilience of women.

And yet, I have also seen that a woman’s capacity to survive can become the very thing that keeps her stuck.

She can become so fiercely independent, so good at survival, that she mistakes these traits for who she really is.

I created Rooted Radiance as an integrated, long-term, relational healing immersion designed to help women stop going it alone and support change at the root level.

You cannot grow into your fullest expression while continuing to leave parts of yourself behind.

If you:
* Understand that people-pleasing helped you feel safe, but still struggle to tell the truth when it could disappoint someone you love.
* Recognize you’re overriding your body, but still find yourself saying yes when something within you is clearly saying no.
* Know a relationship, identity, or way of living is no longer true for you — but struggle to trust what happens if you finally let it go.

Healing doesn’t only happen in 1️⃣ powerful session.

My role isn’t to fix you or tell you who to become…it’s to help you see yourself more clearly, lovingly bring your patterns into view, and become your own most trusted guide.

Are you one of the women joining me?

Only 4️⃣ spaces are available, and 1️⃣ has already been claimed.

There is a HUGE difference between a mentor who tells you what is true and one who helps you develop the discernment to recognize what is true for yourself.

This doesn’t mean a good mentor will always agree with you.

Quite the opposite.

I believe we need people in our lives who are willing to lovingly challenge us, point out the patterns we cannot yet see, ask better questions, and help us recognize when an old wound or protective mechanism may be influencing the way we see something.

But the goal should never be to make you more dependent on someone else’s wisdom.

The goal is to help you access more of your own.

I’ve been thinking and writing a LOT lately about what good mentorship actually means to me after more than 15 years of being both a student and a practitioner...

The depth, responsibility, maturity & discernment. The willingness to remain curious rather than rushing to decide who someone is or what she should do.

And there’s a reason I’m talking about this now. For the first time in since November 2022, I’m opening my doors for 1:1 work. 👀

More very soon. 🤍

This is the power of good coaching.

Not someone who jumps in and tries to fix or rush you toward a silver lining because they’re uncomfortable with your pain…

…but someone who can stay present, see through your layers, laser in on what is truly happening, and ask the questions that help you access YOUR inner wisdom.

It’s an admirable quality to keep going, but sometimes, life is asking us for so much more than barreling ahead.

Sometimes growth asks us to take action, and many times it asks us to surrender.

When we fear it’s impossible to hold any more pain is precisely when we are asked to lean in and trust that THERE IS MEDICINE here too, without having to do anything else but have the courage to feel it.

Supporting a woman through the threshholds of her life requires depth, maturity, and more than anything else, attunement—knowing when to lovingly challenge her, when to encourage action, and when the most healing thing we can do is stop trying to move her somewhere else.

From the darkest dark, the light can and will return.

This Thursday, I’ll be sharing something deeply personal that has been several years in the making—and an invitation for women who are ready for this depth of support in their healing and lives.

Stay close. 🤎

THIS Thursday, we breathe together under the Full Moon in Pisces. 🌕🌊

Full moons offer us an opportunity to illuminate what has been hiding beneath the surface...and to consciously release what we no longer want to carry forward.

And Pisces, with its watery, intuitive, deeply feeling nature, invites us out of the mind and into the deeper waters of the heart.

Together, we’ll gather to release heavy, stuck emotions and breathe our way back toward compassion, open-hearted courage, and radical self-love.

This is an opportunity to put down some of what you’ve been carrying.

To create space around the emotions that have felt heavy or difficult to move…

…& reconnect with your body, your heart, and the deeper wisdom within you.

You can understand exactly why you repeat a pattern & still feel unable to change it.

You can know that a relationship, habit, or behavior no longer fits...and still return to it because it feels familiar.

You can be met with beautiful opportunities for growth, change, and expansion…and still remain inside the invisible boundaries of your life as you know it.

Why? Not because you’ve done something wrong or aren’t trying hard enough...
..but because working only with your mind won’t change the deeply rooted patterns held within your body, subconscious mind, and energetic system.

Your protective mechanisms aren’t always designed to lead you toward what’s possible.

Instead, they lead you toward what is familiar...even when “familiar” has become limiting, painful, or WAY too small for who you want to be.

This is why mental understanding, while deeply valuable, is only ONE part of healing.

Your body MUST come with you.

Through holistic support like somatic healing, Breathwork, ritual, energy work, and soul work, you can begin creating experiences that show your WHOLE system that something else is possible.

This is root-level healing...

Working with all parts of you to slowly loosen the pathways that keep leading you back to the same corner.

It means stepping into the bigger life that has been waiting for you without bypassing the wisdom within the parts of you that learned to protect, maintain the status quo, and hold on to what felt safe.

Working at the root allows every part of you to move forward together.

Very soon, I’ll be announcing a new longer-term way to work with me 1:1, for women who are ready to bring their healing beyond insight and into real life... into the choices they make, the relationships they create, and the way they live.

If you feel that life is asking you to step beyond the familiar and into something more expansive, make sure you’re on my email list. I’ll be sharing all the details there first. 🤎

✨️ If you sever one part of your expression, you sever it all. And as a woman of today, some of your most important and meaningful work is to be fully expressed as all of Who You Are, not just Who or What may be palatable for others.

Learning to be with each part of your human experience equally, especially those aspects of yourself that have been historically judged as ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’, can propel you into a depth of healing and create a ripple effect that influences everyone around you.

🤎 Your emotions, sensitivity, intuition, expression, anger, pain, and sensuality are intrinsically part of your feminine nature. Understanding how to work with and express these aspects of yourself in healthy ways is a potent way to become more expressed, creative, and free.

✨ When you give yourself permission to embrace the totality of your emotional and life experience, you can be all that you are—in the beauty and in the pain, in the grief and in the joy—creating liberation and freedom in every area of your life.

Join us next Thursday, August 27 at 7 PM ET for a powerful Community Breathwork Healing Journey working with the intuitive, watery energy of the Pisces Full Moon. 🌕️

Together, we’ll gather in soulful community to release heavy, stuck emotions and restore ourselves to a place of compassion, open-hearted courage, and radical self-love. I’m here to hold space for profound release and help you make room for more of who you are to come through.

If you’re ready for a mid-week energetic cleanse and the opportunity to soften, receive, and reconnect with yourself, save your spot at the usual place. 🤎

If you’ve ever questioned who to trust on your healing journey, this one’s for you.

There’s so much more I could share on this topic after more than a decade of hearing clients’ stories, as well as navigating my own experiences. I would love to know:

Which suggestions would you add? What has helped you discern who you can trust?

A few things to keep in mind when looking for a teacher, mentor, or guide: attunement, discernment, integrity, and maturity.

If you need support in navigating this process, I’m always here to help. Reach out, drop a question below, or send me an email.

Save this post for whenever you need a reminder to trust your intuition. If it resonates, send it to someone who might need the reminder too. 🌱✨

Trust yourself. 💫

08/17/2026

Recently, I bypassed my inner knowing to support a friend, even though I knew from the beginning it wasn’t aligned.

I love this person deeply and wanted to help, but as the situation unfolded- with a lot of confusion, frustration, and anger on my part- my intuition was confirmed over and over again...

Supporting anyone in this way, much less a friend, was depleting my life force not adding to it, and I was paying the price.

With age hopefully comes wisdom, but (and also) the best teachers note that life can and will provide us with scenarios to test this intelligence, despite our best intentions.

I’ve witnessed this time and again in my client’s lives as well-

As much as we try to avoid scenarios that could potentially lead us astray, our human experience is designed to help us grow. Fortunately/unfortunately, the best lessons often come through challenge, disconnection from self, and pain.

How we navigate the aftermath of such scenarios is where the magic lies.

Instead of pointing blame or playing the victim, we are invited to truly learn from our experiences. We are invited to acknowledge the depth of our emotional response, feel it fully, and make amends within, practicing forgiveness primarily and most importantly with ourselves.

Emotions rarely respond to rationality and attempting to think our way out of our anger, sadness, frustration, or sense of betrayal doesn’t typically work. Instead, it keeps our emotions and the wounds associated, festering inside of us.

Once we have tended to our sense of self-betrayal, masquerading as blame or victimhood, we can strengthen our boundaries, communicate our misgivings in healthy ways where appropriate, and course correct as needed, but with our tender hearts and psyches fully cared for first.

If you’re navigating something like this right now and are having a hard time moving forward, be gentle with yourself. Explore what lies beneath any pain or discomfort with a compassionate and self-loving frame.

What are you learning through this experience and how can you allow room for forgiveness & acceptance within yourself?

08/16/2026

When we think about the role of “Mothers,” we often think about literal motherhood.

But the Mother archetype lives in all of us.

She is the part of us that nurtures, tends, protects, anticipates needs, creates, nourishes & holds.

She lives in mothers, yes, but also in caregivers, teachers, therapists, healers, partners, friends, space-holders & those who always show up for others.

And while there is something incredibly beautiful about our capacity to care for others, the one who tends also needs tending.

The plants offer some of their greatest gifts in much the same way the nurturers do — through unconditional love, soul & body nourishment, and the energetics of being deeply held, seen & known.

These are five of my favorite plant allies for the nurturers of our world:

🌹 Rose
🌿 Hawthorn
🌿 Skullcap
🌼 Linden
🌾 Oatstraw

Each offers its own physical, emotional & spiritual medicine, and each of these plants can be found within The Caregivers’ Collection.
I curated this collection specifically for the mothers, nurturers, caregivers, therapists, teachers, partners, space-holders, empaths & those carrying the often invisible work of tending to others.

Because true resilience isn’t built by continually pushing yourself to the limit.

True resilience is built through consistent nourishment, care & relationship.

A cup of tea.
A dropperful of a tincture.
An herbal bath at the end of the day.

Each small act of care allows you to receive some of the same care you so readily give to everyone else.

The Caregivers’ Collection is 20% off throughout August, while supplies last.

For you, or for someone you love who could use a little extra nourishment & care. 🤍

You know where to find the details. 😉

With love,
Stephanie
