Concept AgriTek At Concept AgriTek, we have created a systematic approach to improving soil and plant nutrition year

Concept AgriTek's Philosophy

Concept AgriTek brings a new and innovative philosophy to commercial agriculture. Our concept is to bring products that increase soil and plant health, which in turn increases our customers’ bottom line. We start by using state of the art soil testing software to make precise, customized fertilizer recommendations for each grower. Then, using our exclusive soil healt

h products, we revive soils and get the natural microbial activity going to release tied-up nutrients. Finally, using our customized plant nutrition program, we feed the plant to help it achieve its maximum yield. In the end, our customers achieve their goals while increasing their soil health for the next and future crops.

🦌 Deer don't take a day off. Neither do we.

Check out this footage from Heartland Drones, LLC as Buck Barrier takes flight over soybeans.

From the jug... to the drone... to the field.

Buck Barrier helps discourage deer feeding and protect yield potential where deer pressure is highest.

Sometimes the problem isn't what you see above ground.

Michael Buiter, District Sales Manager for Concept AgriTek, recently visited a grower's field in Indiana after reports of stressed corn across multiple fields.

Instead of guessing, Michael went digging.

Using a soil compaction meter, he was able to evaluate conditions below the surface and determine whether compaction was limiting root growth. Once soil reaches extreme compaction levels, roots can struggle to pe*****te deeper into the profile, limiting access to water and nutrients when crops need them most.

Your crops are off to the races... but what we do next still matters.

That’s why tissue sampling is such an important part of the season. When a crop is growing fast, things can change fast too. And the sooner you know what’s happening out in the field, the sooner you can respond.

That’s where tools like LeafTech come in. Our teams are using it to get real-time insights and make in-field decisions that day, not days or weeks later.

Just another tool in the toolbox to help growers stay ahead of stress, protect yield potential, and keep the crop moving in the right direction.

Four years with Concept AgriTek for Makayla Thompson! As our Chemist and Quality Manager, Makayla does so much behind the scenes to support our products and our growers. From running jar tests to helping ensure product quality and consistency, her work plays an important role in supporting success in the field. Congratulations, Makayla!

At first, Mr. Tim thought he was looking at nutrient deficiencies.

But something didn’t add up.

So Brie went out, pulled soil samples from the affected areas, and found the real issue: high populations of root knot, spiral, and lance nematodes hiding below the soil surface.

Nematodes are a yield robbing pest. That’s why Mr. Tim and the Concept AgriTek team built a management plan using Chitocide to help bring the pressure back under control.

A couple seasons later, Brie returned to sample those exact same spots again. The nematode pressure had dropped back to controllable levels, and Mr. Tim wasn’t seeing the same field issues anymore.

That’s the role Chitocide is designed to play: helping growers control plant parasitic nematodes and protect yield potential.

“I love it.”

That’s how Chris Weaver describes EcoFlux.

He’s using it on every acre of corn and soybeans to help release additional phosphorus already sitting in the soil. And as he pushes for 300 bushel corn, this is one of the tools helping him get there.

Powered by NutriCharge technology, EcoFlux helps support nutrient efficiency from the start. Chris also says it’s one of the best lubricants he’s used for running vacuum planters.

At planting, every detail matters. From seed flow to nutrient availability, EcoFlux helps set the tone early.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It is a day of reflection for the heroes who never made it home, the families who carry their legacy, and the sacrifices that protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

To all who served, and especially to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, we honor you. Your courage, service, and legacy will never be forgotten.

May we remember. May we honor. May we never forget.

How many times have you tissue tested…
…and by the time results came back, the sprayer was already rolling?

That’s the problem Dalton Russell is talking about.

With LeafTech, our team can get same-day tissue insights right in the field. Instead of combining 8–10 tissue samples into one result, LeafTech allows us to evaluate individual areas across the field to build a better picture of what’s happening.

🌱 Same-day results
🌱 More field visibility
🌱 Better foliar decisions
🌱 Faster response during critical growth stages

Heading into tassel season and early soybean foliar passes, timing matters. LeafTech helps our Agronomists and DSMs build recommendations that fit your operation before the pass happens—not after.

A grower in Southeast Missouri recently reached out with soybean concerns.

Symptoms looked familiar:
🟡 Yellow leaf edges
📉 Stunted growth
🌱 Poor development

The first thought? Potassium deficiency.
But there was a catch…
The field had already received 300 lbs of potash per acre the previous fall.
So our Agronomy Team dug deeper.

Using LeafTech, we compared healthy and affected plants:
Healthy plants: 2.6% potassium
Affected plants: 1.6% potassium
That data changed the conversation.

Our team was able to recommend a targeted management strategy to address the potassium issue and identify additional nutrient deficiencies detected through LeafTech. Sometimes the answer isn’t more fertilizer. It’s better information.

Every Concept AgriTek Agronomist and DSM has access to LeafTech technology to help deliver data-driven recommendations tailored to your operation.

Sometimes the biggest yield robber is the one you can’t see.

Mr. Tim started noticing his farm averages had plateaued. What looked like nutrient deficiencies turned out to be something happening below the soil surface: plant parasitic nematodes.

After soil sampling revealed high nematode pressure, he and the Concept AgriTek team built a management plan using Chitocide, our EPA-registered nematicide designed to help control plant parasitic nematodes and protect yield potential.

And over time, he started seeing those farm averages build again.

“Nematodes are a yield robbing pest… and you’ll never see it.”

When fields plateau and the answers aren’t obvious, looking below the soil surface can make all the difference.
