Concept AgriTek brings a new and innovative philosophy to commercial agriculture. Our concept is to bring products that increase soil and plant health, which in turn increases our customers’ bottom line. We start by using state of the art soil testing software to make precise, customized fertilizer recommendations for each grower. Then, using our exclusive soil healt

h products, we revive soils and get the natural microbial activity going to release tied-up nutrients. Finally, using our customized plant nutrition program, we feed the plant to help it achieve its maximum yield. In the end, our customers achieve their goals while increasing their soil health for the next and future crops.

Day 2 of the Concept AgriTek Annual Sales Meeting was all about getting better. 🌱

Our team spent the day diving into **agronomy, marketing and sales training**—sharing knowledge, sharpening our skills and preparing to deliver even more value to our dealers, distributors and growers.

Then it was time to trade the meeting room for Busch Stadium! ⚾

The Cardinals gave us plenty of excitement, battling all the way back from a 7–0 deficit to tie the Orioles before Baltimore ultimately pulled out an 8–7 win in the ninth.

More importantly, it was a great night to spend together outside of work. Meetings like this aren't just about training—they're about building relationships, strengthening our team and enjoying some time together.

We counted the pods. Here's what we found.

In Denae Cato's Buck Barrier in-furrow trial, the check treatment averaged 121 pods per plant. The Buck Barrier in-furrow treatment averaged 128 pods per plant.

Both treatments started with the same foundation: 2 gallons of Starter 20/20, 32 oz of MicroPak, 16 oz of Concept Z9, and 16 oz of Concept Mn. The only difference? Adding 12 oz of Buck Barrier in-furrow.
