Summer may be ending but we are JUST BEGINNING!!! Tuesday 430-530 come get that class in with Molly! I’d be remised if I didn’t also shout out the best male trainer in all the land, Charles! Who has informed me that he has some opening for private sessions!! I was sweating just watching!! BUT you can’t get it if you don’t start!!! We will be in the office tomorrow 1030ish-330ish. And Tuesday back to regular hours!!! And if you’re waiting for another big announcement , HANG TIGHT. I will say sharing posts are a good thing….✌🏽

Gym fam…….. Do you really lift, if you’re not following this motto? I love this because let’s say you’re doing 3 sets of 10, if 8 9 10 isn’t killing you then lift more at lower set do 3 sets of 7 or if you want to keep ten then add just enough to push you!!! Either way it’s you vs you in the gym!! You got this!!
