So, what does ABA autism therapy for a young child with autism look like in practice? At Highlights Healthcare, it’s a day full of learning, growth, and care. Children work 1:1 with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) on goals that include communication, social skills, following routines, and self-regulation.
This is all overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In our learning centers, ABA looks a lot like structured play, because that’s how children learn best.
