Since I started working as a Somatic Practitioner and doing trauma coaching, I have completing revised my view of Imposter Syndrome.
I always figured it was a "fake it 'til you make it," throw affirmations at it, get in a few power poses, or find a moment of bravery and jump kind of thing--you just power through and it goes away.
After finally addressing my underlying feeling of needing "more success" or to "prove myself" over the past 2 years, I realized I was looking at this from the wrong lens.
Don't get me wrong, those methods might work--eventually. But addressing the underlying cause for my feelings worked SO MUCH FASTER. And the results have lasted much longer.
I'm putting the final touches on a free training covering what I learned and what I've implemented to finally feel completely worthy of everything I'm doing and everything I've worked for.
