Today was a good day! The staff at came together and donated food to our hard working friends in the ER and MICU . It’s been a hard year for everyone but especially hard for the staff at CMC. They care for the sickest patients and honestly rarely complain or blink twice at things that make many of us nauseous. So THANK YOU for taking care of our community members and being there for us when we need you the most 🤍

I have continually seen patients, family, and friends affected by COVID. I have been blessed to be apart of the first round of people in the CLT area to receive the Pfizer covid vaccine.

Initially I was a little hesitant to receive the vaccine as I sure many of you are also. Yes the vaccine is new, but the process of mRNA (what the vaccine is made with) is not a new concept. Many studies have been done with this. I decided to get the vaccine not just to protect myself but my friends, my family, and most importantly my patients, especially those that are immunocompromised and high risk.

It is your own decision to receive the vaccine or not. I encourage you all to educate yourself before you make your decision. Talk to healthcare professionals. Read. Vaccines have been proven to help prevent the spread of diseases time and time again.

Are you on a Retinol? Retinol is one of my MUST have recommendations. Retinol - stimulates collagen, reduces acne, improves hyperpigmentation, unclogs pores, & reduces fine lines
- If you have never used before start with - Alastin .25 then build your way up to .5 or SkinMedica 0.5; Retivance is a good option if you have sensitive skin.
