Emotions are high (actually low) right now. Each of your organs holds an emotion. When these negative emotions get stuck in your body/ in your nervous system, it leads to physical symptoms in your body.
Your stomach holds the emotion of worry. Worry can give you a stomachache, knots in your stomach, indigestion and more.
Your stomach is a part of the digestive system and worry will mess up your digestion.
Any stagnation or imbalance in your digestive system can throw off your microbiome or your gut bacteria.
Your microbiome is one of your primary defenses against bacterial or viral contagions.
Do you see where I’m going here? Worry directly affects your immune system.
Notice that the stomach area on your face is located just to the left of your nostril. Worry and/ or stomach issues can show up on your face as redness or bumps in this area.
You can also gently massage this area with your detector (available in my link in bio) to relieve stomach pain and to reduce feelings of worry.
