Two weeks ago another piece of the vision was completed. I officially became a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner. ✨✨✨ 🎶 🎶🎶
But if I’m honest, what happened felt like so much more than earning a certification.
It felt like a reclamation.
Sound has always been a part of my story. A part of my healing. A part of my gifts. If you know me you know music lives in my bones. ♥️
As I sat with the singing bowls, therapeutic vibrational instruments, ocean drum, & especially the djembe, something clicked into place. What I thought was a new path revealed itself to be a forgotten piece of home.
Following the rhythm, then finding my own voice within it, reminded me that healing is not only something I offer, it is something I continue to experience myself.
I left this training with more than a certification. I left with a deeper understanding of who I truly am.
I’m honored to begin weaving sound healing into the Lightwork experience & I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you all.
The journey continues. ✨🌿🪘🎶
