I love a grown good time 😍😎☀️

🌿 Self-care isn’t just something I encourage… it’s something I practice.

As a practitioner I spend so much of my time pouring into others—creating space for my clients to release, restore, & reconnect with themselves.

This trip was a reminder that I deserve that same intentional care. The moments of stillness, the laughter, the adventure, the sunshine, the quality time with family… all of it was medicine. ☀️🌴

& for that a time was most def HAD! 😁 Costa Rica 🇨🇷 until we meet again. 💛

Take the trip. Drink the water. Breathe deeper. Make the memories. Protect your peace. Your body, mind, & spirit deserve your care too. 🤎
