Teen Health Connection is the preeminent provider of specialized medical and mental healthcare and education services for adolescents ages 11-25 in the Charlotte, NC, metropolitan region. In 1992, a team of community leaders and doctors created the organization to ensure the healthy development of teens and adolescents.
