This soup has honestly become one of the BEST things I’ve added into our routine lately. 🥣✨

Not only does it keep me substantially full longer, but it has also helped cut down: • random snacking
• emotional eating
• overeating
• constant cravings

And the craziest part?

My five-year-old LOVES it. 😂

He literally drinks the broth by itself and eats ALL the vegetables — cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, garlic, everything. I tried giving him extra sausage and this little boy got upset because he wanted more vegetables instead. 😭💜

And honestly, this reminded me of something important:

Food carries energy too.

Every ingredient we consume affects: our bodies, our emotions, our nervous systems, our mood, our energy, and even our healing.

A lot of people right now are spiritually awakened…
but emotionally exhausted.

Your Root Chakra is your foundation.
It governs:
security,
stability,
survival,
safety,
and how grounded you feel in your own life.

When it’s imbalanced, it can show up as:
• anxiety
• financial stress
• burnout
• overthinking
• emotional exhaustion
• nervous system overload
• constantly feeling unsafe or unsettled

You cannot build a peaceful life from survival mode.

This is your reminder to:
ground yourself,
rest,

Late night collective reading. 🌑✨

There’s a lot of mental exhaustion surrounding the collective right now.

People are overthinking. Watching from a distance. Obsessing over answers. Replaying conversations. Trying to force clarity instead of surrendering.

And with Pluto retrograde pulling hidden emotions to the surface…

a lot of people are being forced to confront the difference between attachment and alignment.

Some of you are spiritually exhausted because your mind has been carrying things your spirit outgrew a long time ago.

This reading touches on: • mental burnout • hyper-fixation • shadow work • emotional loops • spiritual exhaustion • rebuilding your energy intentionally

Just because your mind returns to something does not mean your spirit is meant to stay attached to it.

Some connections are trauma loops disguised as love.

Tonight’s message is simple: Protect your peace. Rest your mind. And stop feeding situations that drain your spirit.
