One question can change the entire conversation you have with yourself.
When we're struggling, many of us instinctively ask:
"What's wrong with me?"
It's a question rooted in judgment.
And judgment rarely creates space for healing.
What if, instead, we became curious?
What if we asked:
What am I feeling?
What do I need today?
What is asking for my attention?
These questions don't demand perfection.
They invite presence. They remind us that we don't have to fight ourselves in order to care for ourselves.
Sometimes the greatest act of compassion isn't finding the answer. It's asking a gentler question.
May today's practice remind you that healing begins with relationship, not criticism.
