It‘s the peak of summer and our olives are growing strong, taking in the summer sun. Olive trees are very drought tolerant and enjoy up to 12 hours of full sun exposure during the growing season. Looking forward to a great season!

How humbling must it be to stand next to the Monumental Olive Tree of Vouves (island of Crete) which is probably the oldest olive tree in the world that still produces olives.
