Experiential Workshop Using Wilderness, Yoga, and Expressive Art Therapy Practices to Enliven Your Life and Your Work
Purpose: Join us in the forest to explore how to bring more nature, movement and creativity practices into your personal life and your therapy practice.

> Supportive exposure to experiential therapeutic activities that can provide both personal individual insights as well as group dynamics. The intention is to help you learn to be creative, adaptable, and flexible in your own life as well as with you clients and/or groups.
> Qigong, Slow gentle yoga movement (adaptable to where you are) to leave the head and move into the body > and Emotional Freedom Technique tips!
> an Expressive Art Therapy exercise that connects your mind, body and boundaries
