When I started my small business, my goal was to create a space where active individuals could get top notch bodywork to help them enhance athletic performance and age gracefully as they continue to do the things they love to do, with little to no pain 🏋️‍♂️

Exactly one year ago I had my first session at my new business. I knew how to give a killer massage, but had no idea how to run a small business. In the past year, I’ve embraced every challenge and learned so much along the way 🫶

I’m Adrienne, the heart and hands behind A-List Massage Therapy out of the Greenapple Sports and Wellness office. 🌿 Whether you’re new here or have been with me for a while, I’m thrilled to reintroduce myself and share my passion for helping you feel your absolute best. 💫💆🏻‍♀️
