It was such an honor to speak with caregivers about The Effects of Chronic Stress on Caregivers—understanding the cause and effect of chronic stress and, most importantly, sharing practical tools to help reset, restore, and build resilience. ✨

Because caregivers spend so much time caring for everyone else, we have to remember that caregiving starts with caring for YOU, too. ❤️

As Charlotte’s first female professional boxer, Carrie made history in the ring with a 20-second first-round knockout. 🥊💥 She later faced a different kind of fight when she battled breast cancer—and once again, she came out stronger.

But Carrie’s story isn’t just about what she’s overcome. It’s about what she’s built because of it.

From empowering women through combat sports, to founding Christian Fit, to using her talents in photography and public communication, Carrie has made it her mission to inspire, uplift, and create opportunities for others. 💪🏾❤️

And that same passion is at the heart of WHR Foundation.
