Need an easy and nourishing meal idea? Try sweet potato nachos! ⬇️ 🍠

Ingredients:
* Cooked lean ground meat of choice (or low sodium black beans for vegetarians)
* Sweet potatoes
* Taco seasoning
* Toppings of your choice: low fat shredded cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, avocado or guacamole, sour cream (or Greek yogurt for extra protein!)
* Hot sauce of your choice
* Sliced limes for garnish

Thinly slice your sweet potatoes and toss with avocado oil, salt & pepper. Then place in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Bake on 400 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, brown your meat with taco seasoning. Prepare your toppings.

When the potatoes are done, top with ground meat/beans & cheese. Put back in the oven until cheese is melted.

Then top with your favorite nacho toppings and enjoy!

🎯 Wanting to add strength training to your routine, but not sure if you can "fit it all in"? Try adding body weight exercises to your walks such as 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝘀 and 𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 like Dianna here! Try stopping every few minutes or at certain landmarks (a certain mailbox or stop sign). Maybe even add a pair of wrist or ankle weights 💪👏
