Yesterday, we said goodbye to Catherine O’Hare.

This photo—Catherine as the wedding officiant for her son David in Schitt’s Creek—speaks volumes to us. It touches our souls. It captures love without conditions, pride without hesitation, and grace without performance. In so many ways, it reflects who she was and what she stood for.

She was an icon. A legend. A comedic hurricane that could never be reckoned with. A talent beyond measure. She filled every space she entered with brilliance, heart, and an unmistakable spark that was entirely her own.

She embodied acceptance, warmth, and the quiet strength of simply showing up for the people you love—the kind of love that needs no explanation, only presence. The kind of love we need today.

May her memory be a blessing and a light that continues to shine.
She will be deeply missed and always remembered. 🤍
