About the Founder/CEO

Karisma is a very motivated and driven entrepreneur. Although born and raised in a small town in North Carolina, where dreams and goals seemed limited, her heart's desire was to become her own boss. She also wanted to help revamp the idea of working alongside other women entrepreneurs, no matter how big or small the business. These desires became her vision, and has motivated her to push the idea that women can be collective entrepreneurs!

Karisma launched her first online beauty supply store, Kharm Your Roots, in October 2019. Her goal is to partner with all women to bring small goals and dreams to a big reality.

Karisma is a woman after God's heart, wife, and mother of a precious daughter. She enjoys encouraging women and reminding them, "Things are possible if one believes".
