We've forgotten how to move through fear in times of change and it's not our fault.

For most of human history, big transitions weren't faced alone. There were rites of passage: ceremonies, elders, and communities that prepared us for the fear that comes with any real initiation. They taught us that the trembling at the threshold isn't a warning to turn back it's part of the crossing.

Somewhere along the way, we lost those rituals. So now when life shifts an ending, a loss, a whole new version of ourselves asking to be born the fear shows up with no one to say this is normal, keep going.
