My favorite UNC Charlotte moment, is when I was walking around campus one day trying to find a certain office.

Me just working in the salon on campus (Om Hair Salon in student union next to niner tech), I’m not very familiar with where things are on campus.

Twice students walked up to me noticing I was trying to find something on the map and asked if I needed help. They were just so sweet and helpful. It’s been imprinted in my mind ever since.

There are many times that students have offered to help me carry things, opened doors for me regularly, helped when I spilled something on accident, the list goes on.

I believe it’s partly because this generation just seems so kind and welcoming but also I feel it’s the type of people UNCC attracts.

Feeling grateful 🥰
