“I already tried physical therapy… and it didn’t work.”
I hear this all the time from athletes who are still dealing with pain when they run, lift, train, or compete.
And usually, the problem isn’t that they “failed” PT.
It’s that rehab stopped too soon.
Maybe the pain improved.
Maybe you did some stretching, bands, dry needling, massage, or cupping.
But were you actually progressed back to the demands of running, lifting, HYROX, CrossFit, or the activities you care about?
Because feeling better isn’t the same as being ready to perform.
Good rehab should give you clarity on why the problem keeps happening, address the things contributing to it, and progressively build you back to the level you want to perform at.
If you’ve already tried PT and you’re still modifying workouts or dealing with the same problem coming back…
DM me “RUN” and tell me what’s going on. I’ll help you figure out what your next step should be.
