Let’s demystify acne and turn knowledge into power! Here are three essential insights you need.
1️⃣ Hormones, especially in women, can trigger oil production and lead to breakouts.
2️⃣ Fever can act as a signal from your body, increasing inflammation and allowing bacteria to flourish.
3️⃣ Treat your skin right! Ensure your regimen includes vital ingredients like salicylic acid to exfoliate dead skin cells, benzoyl peroxide to target bacteria, and retinoids to promote cell turnover. Equipped with this knowledge, you can tackle acne head-on and embrace your unique beauty with confidence!

SPF everyday is the most important part of anyone's routine. It's not just for sunny days at the beach, it's for cloudy days working from home sitting in front of the computer. All of these things contribute to hyperpigmentation and aging.

Not only do we have to worry about UVA and UVB rays but we need to be mindful of HEV's, commonly known as high frequency blue light that we got from our cell phones and laptops.

This causes major interruption with the breakdown of collagen in our skin, premature aging and inflammation. It also disrupts sleep patterns and can cause dry eye 👀 over long periods of screen time.

This is why it's so important to find a good quality SPF that contains zinc and titanium oxide.

Here's what else you need to know:
🎈UVB exposure causes redness or burning.
🎈UVA exposure causes skin darkening, pigmentation irregularities in the skin.

Coloreseience provides coverage from all of the rays mentioned above in their:
1) Total protection no show mineral sunscreen SPF 50

2)Total protection sheer matte SPF 30 sunscreen brush

3) Total protection color bombs SPF 50
Just to ae a few.

These are all concerns that I tackle in my Acne BootCamp program. Being mindful of what you consume is equally important as what you apply topically.

During our consultation, we'll go over your current skincare products and identify opportunities for improvement. We'll also cover how certain foods can aggravate acne and which ones can help.

Each client receives a thorough folder with tailored guidance on diet, lifestyle, and daily skincare. Send me a message to reserve your spot on my calendar.
