Im genuinely in love with guiding others through movement and breath. Guiding community into surrender, relaxation, and love. It fills my cup so full to pour into others. 💓
I’ve come a loooooooong way on this journey & im proud af of myself for finding my voice, claiming my power and continuously evolving into the highest version I can be to be able to show up and hold space for those around me.
