Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identified, exploring the possibility of being neurodivergent, or simply looking for people who “get it,” Tea & Tangents offers a welcoming space to connect, learn, and belong.

Designed for autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults, this ongoing support group focuses on identity formation, energy management, reducing burnout and meltdowns, building meaningful relationships, and navigating life in an allistic world. Through conversation, shared experiences, and community support, members can explore what it means to live authentically while developing practical strategies for everyday challenges.

No formal diagnosis is required—just curiosity, openness, and a desire for connection.
