Most people look at mental health as “what’s your diagnosis?” instead of a state of being that we all have to rely on daily. The more aware of our mental and emotional states then the more we can dream, hope and live life to the fullest. Right now, this very moment can you tell what your mental state is in? There are many reasons and many ways you might not know, and that’s ok. In my practice as a chiropractor, I often help people decipher the feelings of pain and a lot of the emotions that come with it too.
