Holy s**t! My wife just sent me this: fat, drunk and unaware that in three months he would quit drinking…rededicating self to marriage, children and health. 3 years and 50lbs later, finishing my second full marathon, after 4 halfs and scads of shorter races. Let’s go!

Next big project for this sober project is re-organizing the garage, the Go-The-F-outside wall is about done, now to rehome everything…build some shelves, racks, and boxes…

Finally! Made it back to Nashville for the Marathon and open the Bar Ashley McBryde ‘s. Redemption Bar!! So dope!! BTW the NKD whiskey is amazing
