Trying to support your fertility can quickly turn into feeling like you need to “fix” everything at once.

One person says cut out dairy. Another says go gluten free. Then there’s supplements, prenatals, hormone tips, gut health advice…

But we don’t want you wasting time, energy, or money on things that aren’t actually addressing YOUR needs.

That’s why in our 1:1 work, we help clients with things like:
🍊 Understanding underlying conditions like PCOS, endo, or gut issues
🍊 Reviewing labs and identifying nutrient deficiencies
🍊 Choosing a prenatal and supplements wisely
🍊 Supporting blood sugar, hormones, and ovulation
🍊 Creating realistic habits that feel sustainable

Our goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and prepared (without the overwhelm) 🤍

Sound like what you need? We’re taking a limited number of new 1:1 fertility clients this summer. Book a call today at the link in bio!

PCOS just got a new name....

PCOS is now PMOS - Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome!

Why change the name??

The old name, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), implied that everyone with the syndrome had cysts on their ovaries, and didn’t fully encompass the fact that PCOS is NOT just a reproductive system issue. It affects ALL of your hormones, including your metabolism.

The new name, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS), acknowledges the crucial role of metabolism and insulin resistance in this syndrome.

It also clarifies that the ovaries play a role in this hormonal syndrome, but they don’t have to be full of tiny cysts for a diagnosis.

Personally, I am a fan of the new name. I think it will be a lot easier for folks to understand what’s going on in their bodies, and hopefully lead to both better diagnosis and treatment.

What do you think?? Tell me in the comments!!

And everything in between.

You don’t need another supplement, diet, or late night deep dive on Google!

You need guidance from someone with the education and experience to help you navigate this season.

For a lot of folks, that support feels out of reach… so they keep trying to piece things together on their own.

BUT structured, personalized nutrition support might be more accessible than you think!

If you’ve been trying to manage PCOS, fertility, pregnancy, or other symptoms on your own, this is your sign you don’t have to anymore.

If you want help figuring out what your options look like, we’ve got you. Just send us a message 💌
