Some days, I feel like there are two brains living inside my head and neither one got the memo that they’re supposed to be on the same team.

I recently wrote about what it’s really like when my ADHD brain wants to move fast, multitask, and jump from one thing to another while my Parkinson’s brain is telling me, Slow down. One thing at a time.

It can be frustrating. Sometimes it’s funny. And sometimes it can actually be dangerous.

I’m sharing more of these very real, very imperfect moments on Living and Letting Go, on Substack. Substack is an online platform where writers and creators can publish articles, build a community of followers, and connect directly with subscribers through email.

When ADHD and Parkinson’s Brain Do Battle 🧠

Some days, I feel like there are two brains living inside my head—and neither one got the memo that they’re supposed to be on the same team.

I’m sharing more of these very real, very imperfect moments on Living and Letting Go, my Substack about navigating life, change, self-acceptance, and finding happiness even when life doesn’t go according to plan.

And if you know someone living with Parkinson’s, ADHD, chronic illness—or simply learning to navigate an unexpected chapter of life—please share this with them.

We don’t have to have life figured out to live it fully.

Some days, I feel like there are two brains living inside my head—and neither one got the memo that they’re supposed to be on the same team.
