I'm excited to be offering a new course this fall: Through the Gate — An Astrology of Initiation. There is an initiatory path woven into Western astrology — a way of reading the zodiac not just as a map of the sky, but as a map of the soul's journey. Several spiritual and esoteric astrologers, particularly Alice Bailey and Isabel Hickey, pioneered this path, tracing each sign through three layers: the familiar personality-level story, the soul-level work it carries across a lifetime, and the deeper awakening it points toward. I'm taking that lineage a step further, weaving in somatic tools and other wisdom traditions so the material doesn't just stay in the mind — each session opens with a guided somatic practice, grounding the astrology in the body and nervous system before we ever open a chart.

Part One runs six sessions live over Zoom, moving from Aries through Virgo, and is open to complete beginners as well as seasoned chart-readers — the only real prerequisite is some prior inner work of your own (therapy, somatic practice, contemplative practice, or the like), since this material touches real dissolution and loosening of identity. Space is limited to 18 participants, and it's offered on a sliding scale of $300–$450 so it stays accessible. Part Two (Libra through Pisces) will follow later this fall for those who want to complete the full arc. I am leading an Esoteric Astrology course both in-person (in C'ville Va) and online. It is entitled Through the Gate: An Astrology of Initiation. We are going to look at each of the 12 signs - from 3 layers of manifestation: shadow material layer, traditional astrological traits, and higher-frequency esoteric, soul-level awareness.

Beginners to astrology are welcome provided you have done some honest personal growth work. We want people to be able sit with possible discomfort and not be too reactive or defended. You can schedule a 10-min Zoom call with me to see if this is a good fit for you. We will go deep - so make sure you have time to read through the study guides and contemplate the material ahead of time.

In-person class: starts August 28th, Friday afternoons - 2 - 5 pm. From Aug 28th - Oct 2nd. Great small group. There are two sliding scale spots left at $600 and one spot 50% scholarship ($450). In Charlottesville, Va - at my spacious office on Berkmar Dr.

Online class: starts September 24th, Thursday evenings - 7 - 8:30 pm Eastern time on Zoom. In this class, we will cover Aries through Virgo - 6 sessions (90 mins each). This is part one. We will start part two in November to cover the rest of the signs. $450 with several sliding scale spots available.

I offer integrative bodywork sessions that support trauma resolution and nervous system repair through Somatic Experiencing, birth process work, Integral Somatic Psychology, craniosacral therapy, polarity therapy, and Asian bodywork.

This work is not about fixing you. It is about helping your system remember how to settle, orient, and trust itself again.

Clients often come to this work when they feel overwhelmed, shut down, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from their bodies. Together, we work gently and at your pace to build internal safety, increase resilience, and restore a sense of choice.
