Point au Roche Lodge is our home away from home. Settled across the street from Point au Roche state park + Lake Champlain, the Lodge offers private en suite rooms with such treats as deep soak hot tubs or gas fireplaces. A spacious vaulted room in which to practice and ample space for gathering.

We will practice twice daily 7-9 AM + 5-7 PM.
Practice will include chanting, breath work, meditation, philosophy and spirituality.

I will provide breakfast foods for you to prepare for yourself and hearty soup, salad + bread for our dinners.

Space is limited and will fill up quickly, so act fast! This 4 night / 5 day retreat including 16 hours of yoga instruction, morning + evening meals in chic boho comfort is just $1600 Single / $1300 Shared
