After a few tries, I drove* (verb usage?) the ball right down the middle. I assume this is good????

This was REALLY hard as an ex-softball player 😅

The ones that avoid jumping & running actvities because you don’t want to p*e yourself.

The ones that make sure to where black leggings just in case you leak in public.

The ones that wear pads or panty liners every day.

The ones that don’t feel comfortable and don’t trust their bodies anymore.

JUST a heads up ➡️ you can do something about all of this and make a change. When you’re ready, I’m right here 😊

Every woman will experience diastasis recti to some degree during pregnancy, so it is very common. The question is, what do you do about it?
