๐Chart your BBT first thing in the morning, before you do anything, including cuddling or bathroom.
๐Use your first tracking cycle to see where you are with your hormones. If your cycles are not regular to begin with, this might not be the best method for you. Please consult with your ObGyn.

๐Not everyone would have the drop before the BBT rises, so the consistent elevated temperature is a better sign for ovulation.
๐Alcohol, sleep quality, being sick, traveling, stress can affect BBT, so please try to keep the same bedtime, and avoid alcohol when youโre charting.
