Do you have a heart for helping children learn and grow? We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Behavior Technicians!
No ABA experience? That's okay! We provide paid training and support you through becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Out of an abundance of caution, all Clarke County Schools will have an e-learning day tomorrow, Monday, January 26. This decision was made with the safety of our students and employees as our top priority and was based on the recommendation of the Clarke County EMA. Magnolia Behavior Services is growing and we’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians to join our clinics in Jackson and Chatom!

When we minimize or ignore lower-level undesired behaviors, kids often raise the intensity to get their needs met. If we only respond when things escalate, we unintentionally teach them that bigger behaviors are not only effective, but necessary.

To prevent this cycle, focus on catching and addressing needs early—when behaviors are small—so kids don’t feel like they have to escalate to be heard.
