It is never too early to get prepared! ⏱ As you know, no one ever plans to be sick or develop a disability. Planning ahead is what makes the difference in the event of an emergency.

Today, we are looking at some of the main universal documents for health. These documents include:
💥 Advance Directive/Living Will
💥 Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare
💥 POLST/MOLST forms
💥 Organ Tissue Donation
💥 Medical History
💥 Conservator/Guardian

Over the next few days, we will go into more information on each of these forms and why they are important to have in order. There are many resources online where you can get free templates for some of these. Stay tuned!

🧠 I was truly born to be a nurse and want to share my knowledge to improve care and quality of life for everyone, especially those who have disabilities.
