After my divorce, I kept asking myself: why do I keep ending up in the same place?
I worked hard to find the answer. Through shadow work, I learned to recognize my patterns, break them down, and finally release them. Along the way, I used confidence coaching and other healing modalities, and I’ve come out the other side with real clarity about myself and my choices.

As a divorced woman I found it so important for me to understand my partner and why I kept doing the same things in relationships while wanting different outcomes. Through shadow work I have learned how to fix my patterns had to love the best part of me and let go the parts that no longer exist or are needed their confidence coaching. I learned how to embrace myself for all that I am and truly start to live the authentic life I was meant to be living.
