Kimchi chicken naan "tacos" with a drizzle of honey. Made em up on a whim. Hubby said I needed to write the recipe down. 🙌
I filled my 12" cast iron skillet with 2tbsp minced garlic and sauteed and golden. Then I added enough kimchi to cover the bottom of the pan and cooked it until hot but some of the liquid was still in the pan. After that I diced 4 eggs, cubed 2 cups of grilled chicken, drizzled about 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1/2ish tsp dried, ground ginger to add to the mixture. I cooked this until all the liquids evaporated off.
While I made the filling, I heated the premade naan on a hot cast iron skillet with just enough oil to cover the base of the pan. 1 minute per side on medium low heat. When I took them off the pan, I made sure to fold them like a taco to cool into that shape and covered them with a tea towel.
Now for the final ingredient... Enjoy these with a drizzle of honey over the top for the perfect spicy sweet combination!
