Some Tips for Your Immune System before the winter crud hits:

*Wash your hands and help your family get into a good handwashing practice. Hand washing is the best way to stop the spread of germs!

* Avoid processed foods and especially processed sugar.
Eat a variety of Whole Fresh Foods, and support local when you can! Opt for local honey or maple syrup to sweeten foods/beverages.

* Support your body with herbal teas and syrups.

It's back-to-school time, which means it's time to Nourish Our Immune Systems NOW before the crud comes at us hard this fall/winter! *school germs yuck* My favorite simple herbal ally to add into my routine is Elderberry Syrup!

Elderberries have been used for hundreds of years as a powerful immune system modulator, full of antioxidants, flavonoids, and vitamins to support our bodies' immune system and help our bodies fight off illness when exposed.
