If you’re going in under-fueled, expect:
❌ Early fatigue
❌ Poor performance
❌ Slower recovery

Try this summer-friendly combo 60–90 min before training:
✔️ Carbs (fruit, toast, oats)
✔️ Protein (eggs, yogurt, protein shake)
✔️ Fluids

Simple example:
Greek yogurt + berries + drizzle of honey ✅

Somewhere along the way, many women start putting themselves last.

Between careers, spouses, kids, carpools, practices, laundry, and the never-ending to-do list, genuine friendships often become one of the first things to disappear.

But here's what we've seen happen inside these gym walls:

Women who walked into class as complete strangers become the people who celebrate each other's wins, check in during hard seasons, share coffee after workouts, grab dinner together, and show up when life gets messy.

This photo isn't just a group of women out for dinner.
It's proof that human connection still matters.

Research consistently shows that strong social connections are linked to better physical health, improved mental well-being, lower stress, and greater success in sticking to healthy habits.

In fact, some researchers have found that social connection is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health and longevity.

Our Kids Fitness Summer Sessions kick off Friday, June 12th and run through July 31st!

Designed for elementary-aged kids, these 60-minute coach-led classes introduce the foundations of functional movement in the most important way possible… through FUN! 🎉

We’ll jump, run, climb, crawl, play games, tackle obstacle-style activities, and build confidence along the way. Our goal is simple: help kids FALL IN LOVE with movement and fitness from an early age ❤️

Instead of skipping structure at cookouts, use this simple MP (my plate) method:

🥩 Protein first (chicken, steak, fish, turkey burger)
🥗 Add color (veggies or fruit)
🍚 Include carbs if you’re training (rice, potatoes, bun)

You don’t need a “perfect meal”—you need a balanced one.

Build your plate → fuel your goals → enjoy the moment.

June is going to be an exciting month! For our group CrossFit classes, we are starting a new "cycle" that will allow us to work on multiple skills rather than hyperfixating on just one or two. 🤸‍♂️

We also begin our youth training sessions! For Middle and High School students, sessions are Monday - Thursday at 10am. For Elementary kiddos, sessions are on Fridays at 9am.

Plus, two FREE events! Community Day will be Saturday, June 27th at 9am and Mobility with Trey will be Sunday, June 28th at 2pm.
