Meet Allison!
Allison Youngblood Stowers is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy who earned her clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University. A love of rock climbing and a deep connection to the outdoor community brought Allison and her husband to Chattanooga, Tennessee. Her passion for climbing, combined with an interest in rehabilitating the injuries commonly seen among climbers, ultimately shaped her professional path.
Along the way, Allison became especially interested in the prevalence of pelvic pain and urinary incontinence among high-level athletes and women in general. As a mother of three, she is passionate about helping women stay active and confident throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
At Peak Fitness and Physical Therapy, Allison provides one-on-one care for climbers, runners, and other outdoor athletes in the Chattanooga community at our Highland Park location inside Crux Conditioning. She enjoys helping patients return to the activities they love while building strength, resilience, and confidence in their movement.
Outside of the clinic, Allison serves as a Lieutenant with the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Rescue Service’s Cave & Cliff Technical Team. In her free time, she enjoys running, climbing, and caving—and loves introducing her three children to each of those adventures.
