Let’s talk about the bedtime snack you shouldn’t feel guilty about — especially in pregnancy. 🍪🥑✨

If you’re waking up nauseous, shaky, starving, or wired at 2–4am… there’s a good chance your blood sugar is dipping too low overnight.

During pregnancy, your body is working overtime:
💛 Baby is pulling glucose constantly
💛 Hormones make you more insulin-resistant
💛 Your liver is doing double the work overnight

So when you go to bed with nothing in the tank, your blood sugar can crash — triggering adrenaline, cortisol, nausea, and that awful “why am I awake right now?” feeling.
