There are moments when you have to stop building long enough to look around and say… thank you.

A Touch of Life and the Botanical Rituals Collection have grown beyond an idea. They have been shaped by years of experience, faith, intention, perseverance, creativity—and by so many people who have supported the vision along the way.

To my family, friends, clients, customers, colleagues, supporters, and every person who has encouraged me, shared a post, referred someone, purchased a product, booked a service, offered advice, prayed for me, or simply reminded me to keep going—I am deeply grateful.

Some of you have been here from the beginning. Others have joined somewhere along the journey. And some may never fully realize how much a kind word, an introduction, a purchase, or a simple “I believe in what you're doing” has meant.

Building A Touch of Life has never been only about massage, skincare, or creating beautiful botanical products.

It is about restoration.

Creating experiences and rituals that encourage people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and intentionally care for their body, mind, and spirit.

And as this next chapter continues to unfold, I don't want to become so focused on where we're going that I forget to honor those who helped us get here.

So today, there is no sales message.

Just gratitude.

Thank you for believing.
Thank you for supporting.
Thank you for growing with me.
And thank you for being part of the A Touch of Life story.

We are still building.
We are still growing.

Sunday Reminder: You Don’t Have to Earn Your Rest.
Sometimes we become so focused on what needs to be done, what needs to be fixed, and what comes next that we forget to appreciate where we are right now.
Today, thank God, then permit yourself to slow down.
Take a long breath.
Sit somewhere peaceful.
Spend time with people you love.
Laugh a little louder.
Put the phone down for a while.
Be grateful for what has already come together.

Rest isn’t always about sleeping. Sometimes rest is simply allowing yourself to be present without feeling like you should be doing something else.

Whatever this past week held, I hope today gives you a moment to reset your body, quiet your mind, and restore your spirit.
