Happy Nurses Week to all of my fellow nurses! ππ©Ί
I am so proud that I chose to become a nurse. Nursing has been one of the greatest blessings of my life because it has allowed me to serve, advocate, educate, comfort, lead, and make a difference in the lives of others.
To me, nursing is more than a career. It is purpose. It is compassion in action. It is being there when someone is scared, confused, hurting, or in need of support. It is noticing the small details, speaking up when something is not right, and treating every person with dignity, patience, and respect.
As a nurse, I have had the opportunity to care for people in many different ways. I use my knowledge, experience, and heart to help families navigate care, support seniors and individuals in need, create safe care plans, lead a homecare agency, educate caregivers, and advocate for people who may not always know what resources are available to them.
Nursing has shaped the woman, leader, and business owner I am today. It has taught me strength, patience, humility, compassion, and the importance of showing up for others.
To every nurse working long shifts, giving your all, carrying heavy responsibilities, comforting families, advocating for patients, and making sacrifices behind the scenes, thank you. You are appreciated more than you know.
Happy Nurses Week to all of my fellow nurses! I am honored to be part of such a powerful, compassionate, and purpose-driven profession. ππ©Ί
